Projects In Progress

New Design (Estimated Completion: TBD)
West Bridgewater, Ma

This new exciting opportunity to design and develop a current vacant lot for a mixed-use is currently in the preliminary/schematic design phase.  The existing property is on well trafficked street on the West Bridgewater/Brockton line.

There will be two new buildings developed on the property.  The much larger mixed-use building will have commercial/retail space on the ground level, (five available future fit-out spaces), and residential apartment units on the second level.  The second building will provide a "free-standing" structure for commercial use.  The remainder of the site will be developed for circulation (both vehicular and pedestrian), parking and greenspace for a softer feeling to offset the required hardscape.

The larger mixed-use building will be flexible in the layout to accommodate various commercial or retail future fit-out.  The spaces can accommodate restaurants, retail shops, as well as professional service uses.  The upper second floor will have the apartment units which are slated to have 8 units in total.  Currently the ground floor has a dimensional layout which could accommodate 'modular style' unit pods that could be lifted and set in place, (units being fit together like a puzzle).  The hybrid approach of field-built ground floor level and modular second (upper) floor is a creative strategy to accomplish the aesthetic design along with a more affordable and efficient construction schedule.
