The Lynnfield house had a few iterations of exterior styles that were shown to the client for them to choose from after consultation meetings.  This style was drawn to show the clients a "Georgian Estate meets New England" style home after initial interest was conveyed by the clients.  The clients decided on a more traditional New England style design and therefore took a pass on this design.  The "process" of working with clients and providing visual tools for them to make an informed decision of what their future home can be is extremely valuable and a service that qualified architects can provide.  I firmly believe that showing this option to the client steered them into the final design that produced the home of their dreams.
