This home was built on a vacant lot in Lynnfield Massachusetts (2013).  The lot abuts the first hole of a golf course and is sited to take advantage of views to both the adjacent golf course and conservation land at the back of the property.  The family contacted me to design a house with a typical "New England" feel.  Through several months of working closely with the client "the process" brought us to a custom New England colonial style home.
